Neil qualified as a social worker in the UK and has managed training services both there and in Australia gaining considerable experience in writing, presenting, and evaluating training within government departments and non-government agencies. He holds Cert IV workplace trainer and assessor andhas taught in Universities and Higher Education Institutions. He has more than 30yrs experience and has presented Supervision Skills in the UK, Australia, and Singapore
Kate Duncanson
Kate is a social worker who has been employed in a variety of settings where she developed a strong focus on supervision after being inspired by the late Tony Morrison. Currently, Kate is an academic who specialises in field education, including developing and delivering training in social work supervision. Since 2013 Kate has partnered with Neil in facilitating more than 70 courses, mostly multi-agency and multi-disciplinary in WA, NT and Singapore. She holds a Certificate in Foundation of Teaching & Learning and is currently undertaking a PhD on how service user perspectives are integrated in student supervision.
Jenny Biancotti
Owner of Inspirational Consultations
Jenny is an experienced trainer, facilitator, and social worker. With almost 20 years’ experience engaging with children and families she has worked across a range of roles in Perth and London within the child protection sector and more recently as a school social worker. In addition, as the proprietor of her own company, Jenny provides training, supervision, and counselling services. Driven by a desire to provide genuine, practical, and meaningful support, Jenny is passionate about her work and the part she can play in the personal and professional growth of those she works with.
