What's it about?

Designed to assist people in (either accidental or intentional) leadership roles, this workshop will help participants understand their leadership styles and will cover specific topics identified by those in attendance.

This course is ideal for anyone managing or supervising volunteers within their organisation or group - whether you are the President or the canteen manager. Managing people has challenges, we hope to help you address these to build a harmonious working group.

This short workshop is designed to assist volunteers in exploring the potential dangers that can arise without clear and explicit personal and professional boundaries. 

The course will be based on the issues identified by participants on the day. Examples might include: excessive demands from clients or their families, separating friend from friendly, and the specific issues found in small country towns.
