General Information about the course
Quality Supervision is a time-consuming activity and a number of professionals have experimented with the idea of undertaking the task as a group activity. This course is open to people who have completed the 3-day Advanced Supervision Skills courses with Stara Learning and Development. It is designed to overlay an understanding of group processes and dynamics on to the framework we use (based on the adapted Proctor model) and to the Hawkins and Shohet CLEAR model.
The course will be facilitated by either Neil Carver-Smith and/or Kate Duncanson
Certificates of Attendance
Certificates of Attendance are issued to all participants who attend all sessions and complete the practice elements of the course.
