DISCOUNTS ON STARA LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT COURSES FROM 1 JANUARY 2022

 

Groups of 5+

Agencies should request this discount in advance and will be given a code to be included by their staff on our on-line registration forms

We offer a 7.5% discount on the first release price.

The group must attend the same course at the same time.

If agency numbers do not reach 5 before registrations are closed, we will revert to first release price and the terms and conditions linked to individual registrations

An invoice will be issued when registrations are closed

Groups of 10+

Agencies should request this discount in advance and will be given a code to be included by their staff on our on-line registration forms

We offer a 10% discount on the first release price.

The group must attend the same course but can register for any date or in any location.

The agency will be invoiced in advance for 10 places at the discount rate and all additional registrations will be calculated at the discount rate.

Professional Associations

Professional Associations can access a 10% discount for their members in return for promotion of each course through electronic media such as their Facebook page or eNewsletter. Contact for details.

In-house Courses

Agencies can book In-house courses for groups of 15+

Price is based on a 12.5% discount on first release course price for an agreed number of participants.

Price is based on the agency providing a suitable venue.

The agency will be invoiced in advance for the agreed number of places at the discount rate and all additional registrations will be calculated at the discount rate. No rebate is offered if the agency numbers fall below the agreed number of participants

Variations will apply to cover:

·       any cost associated with using an alternative local venue

·       costs associated with our travel if based in a regional location

·       costs associated with our accommodation if based in a regional location

Regional Centres

Groups of 12+

Agencies should contact us if they believe they can bring together 12+ people who will commit to attending a course. This generally, involves some inter-agency cooperation possibly through District Leadership Groups or local networking groups. We can support in several ways such as setting up on-line EOI forms and supplying promotional material for local distribution.

Price is based on a 12.5% discount on first release course price for an agreed number of participants.

Variations will apply to cover:

·       any cost associated with local venue hire and catering

·       costs associated with our travel to the location

·       costs associated with our accommodation in the location

A generous discount will be offered to any local representative willing to work with us to coordinate bringing the course to your location

Price

All prices are inclusive of GST
First and second release prices are limited and are offered on a first come first served basis. Any approved discount will be calculated on the first release price

Cancellations, postponements, and refunds - individual or agency

5% Administration fee for cancellations after registration
10% Administration fee for cancellations after payment by EFT
12.5% Administration fee for cancellations after payment by PayPal
5% Administration fee for change of name or postponement to a later course after invoice has been sent.

No refunds will be made for cancellations or postponements in the 7-days prior to course you are registered for

Cancellations, postponements, and refunds – Stara Learning & Development

In the event of Stara postponing or cancelling a course you will be offered a full refund or a 10% reduction on the price of the next course

Relationship with employers

Stara Learning and Development will inform agencies of participant absences
Facilitators will not report back to agencies on individual participants without that participants permission and attendance at any meeting

​

Certificates of Attendance

Certificates of Attendance are issued to all participants who attend all sessions and complete the practice elements of the course. In circumstances where people miss significant elements of the course, we will offer a letter stating what hours were attended.
