2-Day - Train the Trainer.

Helping the learner get the message

Whats it all about?

Many worker and managers are required to occasionally take on the role of trainer and/or presenter. The aim of this 2-day course is to further cultivate an effective and durable skill set for working in that area. There is a strong emphasis on group processes and dynamics, matched with opportunities for participants to build self awareness about their presentation style as well as skills in managing power and authority in the training room

Workers who are looking to co-facilitate training may wish to consider attending together where they would be able to make use of the course to plan future programmes.
