1-Day - Setting & Maintaining Professional Boundaries.

Avoiding crossing the line

Whats it all about?

Front line workers in the helping professions are particularly at risk of crossing the boundary as the relationship aspect of the job can create both role conflict and role confusion to them. For those working in other people’s homes or within a residential setting the homely nature of the environment can lead to unprofessional conduct and negative consequences for both worker and client.
