2013 Fostering Partnerships - Festival of Learning

Stara has once again been asked to provide event management and secretariat services for the next State Conference for Foster Carers. This year we are moving to Swanleigh Conference Centre in Middle Swan and have bought together some fantastic speakers to share the wisdom of their work.
